The challenge

Why the existing way wasn't working

Packaging manufacturers manually verify artwork proofs before sending to print — a time-consuming, error-prone process. Mistakes caught late in production (wrong barcode, incorrect regulatory text, colour mismatch) result in costly reprints, production delays, and compliance failures.

How we got from problem to product

ProofCheck automates the pre-press verification pipeline — checking artwork for text accuracy, colour consistency, barcode validity, and regulatory copy compliance before the plate is made. Designed as a standalone product, independent of the LoopPack marketplace but built to integrate with it.

Verification pipeline and manufacturer-facing workflow covering text, colour, barcode, and regulatory copy checks. AI-assisted verification layer on Next.js and Supabase. Deployed on Vercel with GitHub Actions CI/CD.
