We price per project, not per hour. After a short discovery call, we'll send a fixed-price proposal with a clear scope, timeline, and deliverables. No surprise invoices. If the scope changes, we agree on the change (and any cost impact) before continuing. Our starting ranges: websites from $4,500, products from $12,000, business systems from $18,000.

A focused website: 3–5 weeks. A product build: 8–12 weeks. Business systems: 10–16 weeks. Modernization depends on the state of the existing codebase. We'll give you a realistic timeline in the proposal — and we build in buffer for feedback rounds and approvals.

We don't disappear. Every project includes a launch support period (typically 4 weeks) for bug fixes, minor adjustments, and team training. After that, you can move to a retainer for ongoing improvements, or we hand over cleanly with documentation and a knowledge-transfer session. Your call.

Yes. We frequently embed with internal dev teams, take over half-built products, or extend legacy systems. We'll do a codebase review first, then propose how to integrate — whether that's pairing, code review, or owning a workstream end-to-end.

Yes, standard mutual NDAs are no problem. We're happy to sign yours or provide ours. We treat all client information as confidential by default, NDA or not.
