The challenge
Why the existing way wasn't working
A label manufacturing business had multiple office locations with production orders tracked in spreadsheets, no real-time visibility into order status, and no way to isolate data between business units.
Our approach
How we got from problem to product
Multi-tenant ERP with complete company and location isolation, automatic production scheduling based on current machine load (no manual dispatch needed), and role-based access control so each user sees only what they're authorised for.
What we built
The product, the system, the details
Multi-tenant data architecture using Row Level Security for full tenant isolation at the database level. Automated scheduling engine considering machine load, order priority, and shift availability. Real-time order board updates and CSV reporting. Deployed on Vercel with Supabase and GitHub Actions CI/CD.
